Film Permits
First up is our Film Permit coordination. Film This! will use our resources and personal relationships to help your production obtain exactly what you need to film on-location in a timely and cost effective manner. Before and during the permitting process, we will keep production updated on possible challenges, special conditions, costs involved and suggestions on how to save money on your shoot. We will be sure your production is aware of all requirements from insurance to additional jurisdiction permits. We'll even coordinate paperwork and payment for LAUSD contracts, Bus re-routes, Electric Tie-in permits, Beach Reservations, Animal Regulation permits and Helicopter Landing permits.
You can apply for a permit over the phone, via our on-line application or even email information to us if you'd like. It’s as easy as that!

Signature Service
Next is our Signature Service. Whether you find a need for our permit service or not, we are always available to tackle required neighborhood signatures for your production. We have a full, experienced staff in place to make sure this job is completed correctly and quickly. Film This will deliver daily updates on how the job is going as well as updates on costs and possible concerns. We offer a Notification Service as well. Most cities require production to notify affected neighborhoods of proposed filming activity. Film This! has acquired all requirements from each city to help ensure that your notifications go out on time and to the specification of the city in which filming is to take place. We will construct a notification letter, have this letter approved by the city and distribute said letter throughout the required radius. This will give your production the piece of mind of knowing that all affected residents and merchants have been properly notified and have had a chance to voice their concerns before filming takes place. We believe that a well-informed neighborhood allows for good communication and aides production in getting the shot.

All Signatures and notifications are available in Spanish, Russian, French and Arabic. We also offer a translation service in any of the above languages.
Posting Service
We would like to introduce you to our Posting Service. Our field services team is prepared to handle requests for posting “No Parking: signs for equipment parking or picture purposes in cities where this service is not provided. Depending on the city ordinance, we will either post signs on existing poles or provide the necessary delineator cones. We will even pick up and pay for the “No Parking” signs from the city. Not having to visit cities, purchase signs, rent delineators and hang your own signs allows production time to deal with more important issues.
