As announced last month, FilmL.A. – the not-for-profit film office for the City and County of Los Angeles – will soon relocate to the Hollywood area. The move will take place over Labor Day weekend. We look forward to serving you from our new location.
To avoid possible move-related delays in the coordination of film permits and licenses, all requests to film between August 30 and September 3 should be turned in as early as possible. FilmL.A.’s office will close early at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30. Access to the Online Permit System (OPS) will continue uninterrupted during the move, as will our 24/7 on-call service for community relations and production related troubleshooting.
